HAMMETT’S COVE
The master plan for this waterfront property involved the integration of two components; a major renovation of the existing house and the addition of a guest/pool house. Originally built in the seventies, the new owners wanted the redesign to reflect the classic beauty of a shingled waterfront home. To enhance the architectural character of the interior and exterior of the house, the roof lines were changed from hip to gable roofs and volume was added to the middle of the house to expand the living space for both family members and guests. The interior was transformed with high quality and attractive finishes, trim and cabinetry. The firm also participated in the coordination of the landscape design, a critical component to the success of the overall master plan for the site.
