EUCLID AVENUE
This waterfront home was designed to function as a summer home in the near term and eventually transform into a year-round home for the clients. The core of the home is designed as an open floor plan, with views focused south towards Buzzards Bay. A highlight of the design is a significant wrap-around porch, part of which is screened to provide a large outdoor living area. The detailing of the structure focused on an energy efficient envelope, high quality, durable materials, with a high priority on natural daylighting, all within a very competitive budget.
