Designed to take advantage of an amazing site on Duxbury Bay, this new residential compound includes the main house, three-car garage, pool, and pool house. As one enters the home, the water view unfolds through an arched cased opening under the stairwell. The primary living spaces line the rear of the home, connected with a continuous rear porch. Design emphasis was placed on visually connecting indoor rooms with outdoor living spaces including the porch, pool patio, outdoor cooking/dining areas, and the lawn which extends to a tidal marsh. Interior spaces were designed to be comfortable for daily living for a small family, while expandable to entertain larger groups of friends. A highlight of the design is the custom cabinetry, millwork, and ceiling treatments.
